About Caroline…
Born in Mississauga, Ontario, Caroline found her love for writing at a very young age. Creating poetry and short stories throughout her teen years, she used writing as an outlet for her emotions.
University took her to London, Ontario where she did a Bachelor of Arts double major in Popular Music and Film Studies. Exploring other areas of the arts through music and film. Caroline began a career in Events in 2009 specializing in the music, sports and entertainment industry.
In the fall of 2015 Caroline started a journey of personal development and in 2017 sparked an interest in public speaking where she began writing again. During the pandemic of 2020 Caroline found herself with nothing but time and a lot of thoughts going through her mind. She took to journaling to channel these thoughts, and quickly remembered how writing was an outlet that helped to clear her mind and calm her soul.
This is when ‘Expose the Little Voice’ was born. A series of journal entries written during a dark and trying time became the ground work for her first book. This book is the honest truth about the little voice in your head, and how to overcome it. It is a labour of love that Caroline is thrilled to be able to share with the world. A book that was written in the trenches of life and navigating through the challenges to find peace inside a loud and cluttered mind.
